Lying Figure Hope Street Series detail of 8 x 10" hologram (1991)   This transparent figure, around 7 inches long, intersects the image plane - half of her body is in front of the glass, half behind. The pane of glass passes through her. In some transfers I placed the image behind the glass and in the final construction had her floating inside a brick.
